Does that mean Israel is saying screw the UN?
Does it mean that they are ready to take on the world?
What does the US do now to respond?

Gotta love the US and their foreign policy. Lets support Lebanon, give more missles to Israel. And now on top of the innocent Lebanese civilians, a UN base and 4 UN observers dead. What will it take for Bush to get his head out of his **** and take alook around. Israel occupied Lebanon for 18 years against UN sanctions but the US kept on supporting them. The rest of the civilized world thinks Israel is wrong and the big bad US is too immersed in the dollar to care. Israel has a right to defend itself, that is a given but this is not defense, this is murder. Hezbollah may be wrong but what did the UN observers do? For the UN to work, the US must back the majority.

It means it's a lie, or Israel screwed up, because I think only Bush is utterly completely retarded enough to think he can take on the world. Israel had either present proof the accusation is a lie, or fall over backwards apologizing to the UN, or there will be a new wave of anti-semitism sweeping over america and europe (because people are ignorant and can't see the difference betewen jews of the world, and israel, a country) while harsh sanctions are applied to the country as well as some raids maybe, and Israel's little golden age comes to an end.

Uh, or america/bush will just make the problem go away for them, sigh.

What UN observers? Do you mean the so-called 'peace keepers' that were supposed to make sure Hezbollah never attacked Israel?

Israel and the US are using the same power tactic...screw you all. The US is responding by cheering on the Israeli's.

The human death toll on the civilians means nothingto any of these fighting factions...I murder your people you murder mine so I murder your and you murder mine and on and on for millenium...Nothing seems to get fixed...hmmmm perhaps all this killing back and forth is NOT the solution to peaceful living.

The governments or armed factions lose nothing in these conflicts and perpetuate hate between civilians by proving that the other guy will kill you for just being you.

They wouldn't kill them on purpose.

That being said I don't care if folks say screw the UN. As long as tyrants and dictators sit on the human rights board they don't deserve respect.

The rest of the questions just make you sound racist.

It means that Hezbollah needs to stop playing by its own rules, they get to participate in the Lebanonese government? But yet, they dont have to listen to the laws of Lebanon? Hezbollah gets to keep its own militia and rockets and 3rd country funding?? so what your saying is that Democrats after losing elections should be able to get their on militia, decide on laws, and launch rockets at Mexico without interference??? HMmmmmmm sounds ridiculous arguement to me

It means the UN observers are dead, and that if you want to intervene in war, you'd better act with caution, or pay the consequences. God Bless you.

US won't critize too much, if Lebanon kill the UN observer, that will be a totally different story.
