Well think about it, is she mature for being 3 years older or still a little immature? Do you have all the things in common you think you would have in common with someone your own age? When it comes down to it you really have to look at the the whole situation and ask yourself "Am I wanting to get together cause I really like her or just because she is older? Try weighing the pros against the cons and see where you are.

It depends. How old are you guys? I mean a 13 year old shouldn't date a 10 year old but it's okay if a 20 yr old is with a 23 yr old.

Depends on the age difference. If she is a legal adult and you are still considered a minor (check your local laws) you could run the risk that she gets in trouble for dating you.
Now if you are both legal...then GO FOR IT! Men usually mature slower than women but if she is up for it....then have fun!

Absolutely. My wife is 3 years younger than I am. It can work...it just depends on the two of you and your personality types.
