I will be entering the Mrs. Florida pageant coming up in November. I have never been in a pageant before but I am very excited about it. The only problem is I don't know much about the process. Hair, makeup, clothing, ect. Can anyone offer any helpful hints?

with make up make sUre it is even everywhere (I had a black eye put to much on it and i had one bright yellow eye). U can never have to many shades of make up or hairspray. Jewelry is a must and bring extra you might change ur mind at the last min. but the main thing is to have fun and meet new people!

i have some good ideas because i entered one on vacation. first you have to pick out a really pretty dress but don't make it look like a dress to wear to a to a funeral wear bright colors. also wear a lot of eye shadow and pick out a pretty color lipstick. what you have to do to win is be creative and just be different because thats what ppl look for. they look for your own unique style.

hire a professional pageant coach or you may come across as a backwoods bubblehead.
