I am really sorry.
I think the best option for you is to seek professional help.
However, your life is the most precious gift you could possibly posses. You only have 1! I understand you are going through a rough time right now but this too shall pass. Think of all your friends and family. Think of all the great things you have to look forward to - graduation, getting accepted to college (if this is the path you choose) graduating from college, meeting a ton of great friends, going to parties and being crazy wild, turning 21, meeting the love of your dreams, getting married, landing the perfect job, having beautiful children, seeing your children grow up, becoming a grandparent and the list goes on. You have your entire life a head of you. Hold your head high and know this too shall pass.
Hang in there.

Because you let it ruin your life......You should take the experience and use it to your benefit. I hope that you reported it, and you should use this to make you stronger and more aware of your surroundings. You just need to reevaluate where you are and make goals for where you want to be and focus everyday on achieving that goal. Only you can change the way you are feeling, and you should start as soon as possible.
Trust me it gets easier as time passes by: you never forget but it becomes less and less in your thoughts

Getting raped is a strong change in your life. What you have to know is it wasn't your fault. I can kinda relate and after it happened to me i felt used, un-atractive, un-worthy, and abused, and i hated my life. But it wasn't your fault, and i'm sorry that it happened to you, but dont' let it get to you n e more, as long as the person who did it is in jail for what they did, and i know it's something hard to get over but it's in your past, you can change it and you should let it ruin the rest of your life. Just think, your lucky to have gotten away from the person...some girls don't, they get raped and then killed. Once again, i'm sorry that this happened to you.

You should seek out qualified counseling as soon as possible, and stick with it. Studies have shown that young women who are raped often have issues with self-esteem, drug/alcohol abuse and promiscuity. As you probably know, having multiple sexual partners can lead to sexually transmitted diseases and even life threatening illnesses such as cervical cancer and HIV. I have a friend who went through exactly what you have experienced. After years of being in abusive relationships and fighting a losing battle with alcohol, she ended up in prison and was sent to counseling there. She is out of prison, still in counseling and has been sober for one year now. Take action now, because you don't want to live the life my friend lived before getting help!

I'm sad and sorry to hear what you say. Sad to the point of tears. Have you received counseling or other help? You're welcome to IM me if you like because there are questions I'd ask with maybe a suggestion or two at some point. You don't have to tell me anything but where you are and I'd try to find someone with whom you could talk.

You do not need therapy. You need a life coach. They can help you move forward.
