SQL Server 2005 - Scheduled Jobs Possible?

I have SQL Server 2000 schedule jobs and would like to import them into SQL Server 2005. How do i do this? I'm even open to starting from scratch its just i cant seem to find a way to create a new one.

Open the old job, then save it to the new server
