I just went through this.
You have to contact the local Office of the Attorney Generals child support division and request a new hearing. You are also going to have to provide a reason for the hearing (ie. Modification up or down due to job loss, income gain etc). And it will take awhile.
You will need to have all accompanying documentation with you.
I would really advise you to contact an Attorney and have them set everyhting up for you. Sometimes they can get the AG to agree on what you want without a hearing.

Child support and spousal support are the 2 areas you can get modified on yor divorce decree but you have to petition the court to do so, good luck
