There is always landscaping work, especially (but not only) if you have access to equipment such as lawnmowers, weedeater, blower, etc.
It also depends on the neighborhood that you live in. Perhaps you could offer to wash people's cars by hand (better than automated machines) in their own driveways.

Well, I think it's different for different libraries, but you could check yours and you'd probably be able to work there. Friends of mine work there; personally, I'm fourteen and only volunteer at the children's section (summer reading), but it's certainly worth a try!

I had my first job at 10...taking care of my neighbor's dog and watering plants which they were on vacation. Later I babysat and also sold my painting and drawings...then I did some custom sewing...there's LOTS of things 'underage' kids can do to make money!

You could mow someones grass or clean someones house. The elderly look for young people to work for them alot.
