I am going to graduate high school at 17 and will have around three months until I am 18.

Can I legally move out directly after I am 17 or do I have to wait until I'm 18?

My parent has consented upon my moving out before hand, but I'm not sure if I would be recognized as an adult by the state of Kentucky.

1) I despise "mooching".

2) I have a job with enough money to OWN a home

3) I already own a car

4) I would be living with my boyfriend and best friend, we already have a lease on an apartment we're just making sure that I'm legal.

[the apartment would be under his name since he would be 18]

I know you are ambitious and everything but right now at 17, I don't think you should move out yet. Go to college/work and try to save some money, set yourself up and then move out. Don't feel like your mooching on your parents. I moved out at 18 and man did I regret it. Babygirl, it's not easy out there. In the time being, try to help out at home with the bills so your parents will see your starting to be a responsible adult. peace.

No, i think of you're actually not an grownup at this your age and once you attain 18-21 you may already an grownup and you face it multiple household initiatives as a being an self sustaining and you will locate a activity for the earning and grant it to your some issues you elect it and you will have a freedom and luxuriate in it what you elect and Why did you talked to your mom and dad approximately it and you may to defined it to them and that i be attentive to they actually loves you and that they to settle for it on your guy or woman existence on account which you do to all your guy or woman judgements and that's your existence.

you're going to move out, rent an apartment just to be on your own huh? why not save that money that you would rent a house or aparment with and in 3-4 years you'll have enough money to buy a house or put a really good down payment on it so your interest rates will be very low :-)

Not an adult 'til you're 18 unless you've been emancipated by a court. Doubtful anyone would rent to you or allow you to open utility accounts in your name....

You can leagally move if you have your parents consent and they co-sign on your apartment or consent for you to move in with your math teacher.
