Obviously from the Telephone Directory.
For unlisted numbers you would have to employ some private detective agency.
At the public phone numbers the secretary would talk to you.
Even if you succeed the unlisted number do you think he/she would respond unless the caller is identifie and when they find you are at the other end they would just clamp up(and change the unlisted number as well)

In order to accomplish such a diminishing and time consuming act, you must first aid yourself with the aides of these celebritites you would like to find phone numbers for. Someone like their close associate. The phone numbers of many, if not all, celebrites are unlisted and theirfore not avavilable to us "normal people."
