Quite honestly, unless she asks your opinion I don't think you should say anything to her. Support her and care for her. Be there for her. Unless she's doing something that's harmful to herself or others, you don't need to say anything.

When she asks you. In the meantime, unless she is doing something potentially harmful to herself or someone else, be the good friend that you say you are and MYOB. We all have different ideas on how to resolve conflicts but what makes your ideas any better than hers? Simply because you don't agree with the way she handles her problems doesn't make them wrong...it just makes them not handled in the manner you think best. There's an old saying that goes "There's more than one way to skin a cat." Ditto for solving or handling conflicts.

Save your advice for when it is requested and who knows, she may find out that your idea was the better one.

If she is your friend, your role is to support her and provide understanding and compassion. If you have helpful advice, provide it. If you just want to slam her, don't. It's hard enough trying to cope with problems without people around us judging us and abandoning us during an emotionally vulnerable time. You don't have to agree with her to be kind while she works through it.

Talk to her and present you thoughts in away that is gentle. Best friends should be able to talk to each other.

If she's really your best friend you should be able to tell her w/o her getting mad.
