Assuming a fight to the death, Odin all the way. He's destined to die when Fenrir devours him during Ragnarok, while Zeus' end isn't quite so clear cut. I seem to recall a couple of "If X happens, then Zeus will die" kind of things, but he was pretty good about circumventing X.
Anyway, Odin.
