The only way that is permanent is a skin transplant. It costs between $3,000 and $4,000 to have skin peeled off your butt and place it under your arms.
However, if that doesn't fit your budget, you can put a wet tea bag under each arm and leave it there for 7 to 10 days. It probably won't work, but nobody will want to get close enough to you to see whether your arm pits are hairy.

I do laser hair removal. Its amazing. It hurts the first couple of times because the hair is rather coarse their, but once the hair starts to fall out your underarms will be so soft, and you won't have any dark skin. It can be expensive but its an option no one mentioned.

i wouldnt advice doing anything other than shaving. your underarms are very sensetive so you probably dont want to put any hair remover on them.

shave it, pluck it, nair or veeno it, orrr just wax it.
the first time you wax it , it bleeds. but after a couple times it doesnt anymore.

Shave it, Nair it or pluck it.. but I wouldn't suggest the third option.
