I think that it will be Hermione and Voldemort who dies. This is just a wild guess. I don't think that Dumbledore is dead.

From the way that I have read the transcripts and what I saw in the JK Rowling interview she said she re-wrote the LAST chapter of the book and in that chapter TWO people die and ONE got a reprieve. From what that tells me that just in the last Chapter we loose two people. I definitely would say at least 3 MAIN characters die in the last book and when we count up the dead total it will be quite a few. I think we forget that a lot more people died in this book that we have had a passing glance at before (i.e. Amelia Bones) so I think there will be more of those kinds of deaths that take place.
I hope Snape and Minister of Magic Scrimegor (SP?) are the ones to go. I think of who else i'd "prefer" to go and no one else comes to mind it's too unbearble to lose some of the others. That doesn't mean it won't happen though. JK Rowling is writing the story as she sees it not how she WANTS it to happen she just knows she has to make it happen in order for the next thing take place.
Anyway - I do think Dumbledore is gone for real. I've checked out that site and it did not convert me. Harry has to come into his own at this point and he can't do that with anyone taking care of him. Everyone like a parent in his life is gone (except the Weasleys and they're not the same as his real parents, Sirius, or Dumbledore) and so I think it's appropriate for Harry to come of age with no one left to help him out. Also - I think Dumbledore is some sort of phoenix or something. It says at the end of Half-Blood, that Harry thought he saw something like a phoenix rise to the blue. So I think in some way Dumbledore will leave his mark but I don't think he is physically alive. Also - when Harry goes to the Headmistress's office at the end of Half-Blood with McGonagall it says he saw Dumbledore's picture up with all the other DEAD headmasters. JK Rowling's way of telling us "He's really gone and i'm not playing tricks..."
My opinions totally but well I've read all of the books 4 times each and so I know the canon pretty well (not spotlessly and still room for error) but I have listened to theories and made a few of my own so we'll see when Book 7 ends who was right and who was wrong.

JKR said that she had killed off two people unexpectedly, not that only two people will die in book seven so count on many more deaths. I think Dumbledore is dead and gone although he will still guide Harry through his portrait and with his pensieve.
As for who else dies, I think one of the trio will go, a couple of the Weasleys (but not Percy as that is a cop-out), a number of the Order members such as Moody and Tonks, Voldemort as well as some of Harry's peers such as either Crabbe or Goyle, Dean, Colin, etc. I can also see Snape sacrificing himself for Harry, proving once and for all that he is loyal to the Order.

As much as I don't like it, I think it is totally possible that J.K. Rowling might kill off Harry. If you remember the article, she said that there is a good side to killing off your main character. When she is dead and gone, no one will be able to come back and write Harry because he already died; it would be satisfactory to know that no one will come back and take over you masterpiece.
Here is a list of people besides Harry that I think might perish.
Ron: Besides being Harry's best mate, we haven't really seen him prove himself in times of danger and battle. He showed his strengths back in Book 1 when during the giant chess match during the hunt for the Philosopher's Stone. There is a theory that Ron will sacrifice himself for Harry in the final match against Voldemort.
Pettigrew: Do I have to explain it? Let's see... He betrayed the Potters, he helped Voldemort get his body back, and is an all-around bad guy. I think it's time to go, and that the life-debt that he has to Harry will be involved somehow.
Draco: I think that apart from being "bad", Draco is really a tragic character. His family are Death Eaters. He's got a lot to live up to. I got the kind of feeling that he was forced in the Book 6 to serve Voldemort. All the stress he underwent, the frustration, the anxiety... I mean, the poor boy was misguided. Remember that he is only about 17. People can make horrible mistakes when they are at that age. Unfortunately in Draco's case, it might cost him his life. He's in too deep.
Professor Trelawney: I think there is a possibility of her death in Book 7. She's always predicting how people will die, and seeing strange, dark omens everywhere. I think that is a kind of subtle foreshadowing. She sees death everywhere, why can't it be hers? I just wonder how this would play out, and how important it would be to the actual plot.
Percy: Hmm... Anyone sure which side he is really on?
Who will get a reprieve? (JKR said in a very recent interview that she gave a certain character a reprieve from dying) I have an inkling that it is one of the Dursleys.... or Snape.
Yes, Dumbledore is indeed dead. He was blasted with the killing curse and fell of the astronomy tower. Come on people, did you read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince or not? I felt that the chapter about Dumbledore's funeral was written with such passion and closure.. It would be extremely cheap if J.K. Rowling were to come back in book seven and be like, "Gotcha, everyone! Dumbledore's alive and here do pilot Harry's adventure for him! Sorry for making all of you hardcore fans upset!" If Dumbledore were to come back in the last book of the series, I would be very disappointed. Harry needs to go out on his adventure by himself.
If you are not convinced, here are some other reasons:
1. If Dumbledore did not die, why didn't Snape from breaking the Unbreakable Vow with Narcissa Malfoy? Snape would die if he broke his promise to protect Draco. If Dumbledore were still alive, that would contradict Snape's vow.
2. What do you say about Dumbledore's portrait? J.K. Rowling specifically mentions a portrait of his being hung in the office with all the previous headmasters and headmistresses. In the Potterverse, they are only of dead people.
3. In an interview by Emerson Spartz and Melissa Anelli, J.K. Rowling responded to "The wise old wizard always dies," with "That's what I'm basically saying, yes." J.K. Rowling wouldn't lie to us. If she said he's dead, he's dead.
For those of you who believe that Dumbledore is alive, you may need to go back and do some re-reading.
Also, please read the link in my sources. It is an excellent essay about Dumbledore's death from leakynews.com.

I think it is all just for publicity. But if Harry dies then no one can continue the series. That would suck though. I think Dumbledore is dead but he will still show up in different ways.

j.k.r. has already stated that two people will die in the book. dumbledore is already dead she has stated so. I believe voldermort and draco will be the ones. Also you might need to punctuate your sentences a little better.

I think it will be Harry and Voldermort. I think Harry is the seventh Horcrux and is going to have to die to kill have Voldermort die. I think Ron and/or Hermione will be the ones to kill Voldermort or even maybe Snape. I also think Ron and Hermione will hook up.
