Tough question--each has such potential and opportunity!
night is wonderful because life slows down a bit (I have three teens), and I love watching old movies at night.
Day is brilliant, as it gives us the chance to be active and alive!
I realize, that at some ages and some towns, there is little difference--active life happens 24/7!

Night because its fun allot more things to do i sleep during the day but at night its game time.

Day. The more sunlight the better. If I were wealthy I'd have summer home way up north and a winter home down south to get the most daylight!
