Rapists get the same penalties as murder. Just because of the pain and torment they cause.

Drunk drivers get the same penalty as attempted murder, and those who actually hurt or kill people, get murder equivalent penalties. Because this is a needless crime. Irresponsibility is not an excuse.

Child abusers (non sexual) should get harsher penalties.

Child molestors should get severe penalties. If they don't like living in society with such a brand on them, that's not a problem. Life in prison or the chair will put a stop to that!

Oh boy I love this question. Every person between the age of 12 and 120 needs to carry at least three condoms at all times. I think the world would be a much better place if every child was planned and wanted. Not to mention sexual transmitted disease.

American citizens who marry abroad must be within +- 10 Years age difference ... to help stop sexual slavery and human trafficking. So a 50 year old man could marry and bring to the USA a wife who is 40 years to 60 years old.

welfare would only be good for 6 months. If you had not found a job by then, you would then automatically be employed by the state, who would provide child care. You would have no choice of the job, and if you sloughed off, you would lose your job AND your benefits.
