Depends on what is actually going on with your feet ? the actual reason for tenderness - i.e blisters/ skin peeling/ athletes foot etc

1. Cracked heals - cream containing urea / aloe vera cream
2. Reflexology helps /Foot massage
3. Diabetic neuropathy? See doctor, there is medication available for this such as Gabapentin
4. Changing to a more comfortable shoe / wider fit / try clarks shoes
5. The forum (see website below- suggests using badger balm available from boots.

I'm a server, so at night my feet hurt like crazy.

Recently I got Dr. Scholl's orthodic insoles for women. They're great. Wear sneakers, two pairs of soft socks will cushion your feet, and if that isn't enough, Dr. Scholl's seem to know what they're doing. Just go to a CVS or drugstore and look at the selection. They offer different kinds of products, but trust me - when your feet hurt and you read these, you know immediately which ones are for you.

fire walking it might hurt a bit at first but then after a few weeks of practice the soles of your feet will be like army boots

PS. dont try this at home unless accompanied by an expert, st johns ambulance, a stunt coordinator, a fireman, a palstic surgeon, and in worst case senarios a priest

A busy waitress turned me on to Z-Coil shoes. (they have a web site, I'm sure) They are funky looking but they take the strain right off those aching dogs! (And hips, and back..) Also, good ol' Epsom salts soaks are hard to beat..use cool water.
