John Kerry was later found out to have made lower scores in Harvard than George Bush, but I digress....The swiftboat veterans were very successful...The ketchup king is (thank GOD) not our president.
By the way...Did you know that John Kerry was in Viet-nam ?....being a chicken ****

Because we were not allowed by Washington to win that war, we were considered to be less important because we were extremely successful at what we did and went in harms way 24/7. This attitude would have decimated the Viet Cong and the NVR. Instead we were transferred all over the place and never allowed to establish a real foothold in the delta. The press focused on incidents like MeLai and on the daily body count, thus demoralizing America. That's funny, I see the same thing starting to happen about Iraq. The enemy knows the press works wonders in the USA. Just show them a few dead soldiers and they will cringe. I say, turn off the talking heads, put down the rag you are reading and e-mail a GI in country and ask what is going on..

There is no such thing as non-bias journalism. There is bias in the oldest journals including the "old" and the "new" testaments. The reporter is human; the rewrite man is human, the editor is human, the publisher is human. To be human is to err. To err is because of bias. Just remember, as the "swiftboat veterans" did...if you do not toot your own horn, it will not be tooteth!!!!
