Stay inside and do as little as possible. Drink lots of fluids and keep windows, blinds and doors closed. Use as few as possible electric appliances that generate heat (lights, televisions, play-stations, computers). You will eliminate a lot of heat, cut down on your utility bill and stay a Little bit cooler. If everyone did that then can you imagine how less frequently you would need the rolling blackouts?

We've been hot here too 100s plus humidity ...but only 107.

GO SWIMMING! Stay cool anyway you can. Live in your icebox. Keep your bed sheets in the freezer. take a cool bath, camp out in the bookstore/library/coffee shop. Hike along and through a cool creek.
