Robinson cano because he is very good but he is not overrated and most people don't think about him as a really good player but his nmbers are amazing i can not wait for him to be healthy again

My current favorite baseball player is Albert Pujols. I guess I just took to him ever since his rookie year. From everything I know about him, he's a class act, a hard worker, always looking to improve, and of course, it's a treat to watch him destroy a baseball.
As a Phils fan, my next two are probably Chase Utley and Ryan Howard - terrific, realtively young players.
My all-time favorite player (and I'm betraying my age a little here) is Hank Aaron. For whatever reason, he was the first player that I looked up to when I first followed baseball. I read his biographies at an early age, and was thriled when he broke "714" on the way to "755." Furthermore, whenever I play on a team, I always look to wear #44 (mostly in his honor).

Of all time - Dave Dreveky (Courage and his story) I still see that pitch in my head when his arm snapped.
Of more recent times - Will the Thrill Clark (Though he was cute until he went bald, and a great hitter of the time)
I used to like Barry a lot until he turned really arrogant and unfriendly to his fans and the media. Then I just admired him as a great player. Then, I was suspicious last year that the whole injury to the elbow thing was to get out of the line of fire on the steriods issue. A crummy person and a juiced player. Really low on my list now.
