the air conditiner i use is a frigdaire fac107p1a 10,000 btu and the room size is 15 x 15

10k BTU may be just a little too big. 6 to 8000 btu would be better. 10000 may cool the room to fast and not lower the humidity in the air low enough for it to condense, due to the unit is not running long enough.

It should be very low because air conditioners are supposed to dry the air. If the humidity doesnt go down, your A/C is inadequate for that room size. Humans and pets lower the A/C's effectiveness on humidity.

I think 10,000 BTU should be though..

I can't say what humidity your AC should provide but most people are comfortable with the humidity between 40% and 50%. If the AC is too large for the room, it will cool to the desired temperature before reducing the humidity adequately.
