Homosexuals can very well be 'born that way'. Stress for a pregnant woman causes her to produce excess testosterone. This can suppress the production of male hormones in an unborn child. Causing them to produce more estrogen then testosterone. Oh, homosexuals like members of the same sex not children. That's a pedophile. Be educated before jumping to conclusions and making ASSumptions. Homosexuality has been around since the dawn of time just about. If you believe the way you do because of religious value, remember that they are YOUR values and apply them to YOUR life. Don't stand in judgment of others. Besides, the divorce rate is sky high amongst heterosexuals, we are the ones destroying the sanctity of marriage.

No. There's a simple line that can't be crossed: the age of legal consent. Allowing two adults to marry is not the same as allowing one adult to convince a boy or girl under the age of consent to join in a union they are not legally able to join.
Comparing gay marriage to pedophilia demonstrates a real lack of understanding about what homosexuality really is. I'm straight & even I can see the difference. All too frequently, opponents of all things gay group homosexuality together with anything else they find repulsive: pedophilia, beastiality, etc. No attempt is made to understand how one could be gay & not be a pedophile or engage in sex with animals.
Making no effort to understand others runs contrary to Christ's command to reach out to sinners where they are right now (not where you wish they were) and bring them closer to God. I really wish some of these Bible-beating Christians would be more Christ-like & understand how we are all sinners and start focusing their energies towards more productive, positive efforts.

But do not do that to homosexuals, they have their rights to marry. Its just you homophobe bible lovers leting church get in the way of state that arn't letting gays marry. Just because God says its wrong doesn't mean we can't make it a law, thats letting religion getting in the way of politics. Freedom of religion and beliefs?
As for the little boys, there is no way it can be consenual, the boy cannot determine what he feels for himself until he's a man so he should wait.

They are completely different issues and one will not lead to the other.
People try to display them as one issue to scare people away from gay rights.

...Child molestation...is child molestation.
Gay or not....we have to defend our children!!!
... I am a married women,,, to a man....but whatever floats your boat.
...I think "Civil Union", takes care of most of the important issues.
....I agree with you, as you seem reasonable. The majority doesn't always have to be sacrificed to the minority every time..
...especially to allow harm to children..

always remember, a marriage is between a man and a woman.
NOTHING can ever be produced between same sex relationships, ONLY TRANSMITTED.
all of us are born because of a man/woman relationship.
