We are recreational and at home nudists and have been since our daughter was very young. We believe it is a very normal and healthy way to raise a child. Since she grew up like that she is still very comfortable being nude around us and still joins us at a nude beach every now and then (she's not around much these days as she is much older). One great place is a beach in NJ (very popular). It is in Sandy Hook and the beach is called Gunnison.

I think family nudism is fine, provided of course there is no sexual contact.
All of my family have seen me nude (and I don't mean when I was a baby - I am 16). I sleep nude, and often go from my room to the bathroom and back of a morning without bothering to put anything on. I have met my Mum, Dad and brother in the hall at various times. The first time was a little bit awkward but now we just go about what we are doing.
Mum and Dad are OK with it so long as I at least put pants on before coming down stairs.
I have seen my brother nude on a number of occasions, mostly passing each other in the bathroom. Again it was awkward the first time but after that it was cool. And I guess every kid has walked in on their parents while they are getting changed. In our house now we all can walk in on each other at any time and no one cares. Which is really cool.

Family nudism is fine. The human body is nothing to be ashamed of and I think its great you have taught your kid that her body is NOT dirty.
I think the problem comes in when people think something perverted is going on such as molestation or whatever.

I think its very...odd. I, for one, cringe at the thought of seeing my parents naked, as would most.

i'd like to know what the point of this question is. obviously, u've made up ur mind about this so why ask what ppl think. since u asked, here's my humble opinion: i think it is sick for u to go around nude in front of ur child and vice-versa. in front of each other, nobody gives a rat's behind, but once children are involved it's a whole new story. u ppl should be arrested; shame on u. anti- nudity laws r there for a reason. do u know if she's sexually well-adjusted? i guess when she finishes raising her 9 children--all from dif fathers!-- u can ask her.
