In the fall I would go to Santa Fe, NM. There is so much culture and art in this city. The weather is usually crisp and cool and sometimes even warm. The aspen trees on the mountains are a beautiful golden color. There is the balloon fiesta in Albuquerque just down the road. Restaurants and shopping abound. There are lovely boutique hotels and Inns. B and B's. Canyon road is over a mile of art.

In the Summer I would go to Estes Park, Colorado for the mountains, scenery, cool weather, shops and activities. The hiking is really good in the National Park and the mountains are spectacular.

I would also go to Seaside Florida in the summer. This lovely planned community on the beach is just picture perfect. You will never need to leave for any reason. It is so family friendly. It is almost hard to believe there is such a place in the world.

Disney World is wonderful at Christmas time even if you aren't Christian. It is at its most amazing and beautiful will all the decorations in every park and hotel. Take a day just to look at the gingerbread and sugar sculptures scattered over the World.

Depends what you like & what you got to spend on travel? Amusement parks... all over, especially in FL.

Last year went to west PA did some whitewater rafting (with the kids--not too wild), & Amish country in mid OH.

This year going to Gulf Coast (either Destin or St Joe's) then to Disney.

Next spring we're going to do national parks surrounding Las Vegas (I don't like losing money, so I don't gamble) Hoover dam, Grand Canyon, Zion, Sequio??,
