A friend of mine lost a considerable amount of weight since last year. Her complexion has also changed, she look much darker now and her face has lost the 'glow' it used to have.

She has started taking multi-vitamin supplements and her appetite seems to be a litle bit better.

Any further suggetions how to get her back to her old self? Diet, medication or something.

Did she lose weight in an un-healthy way? (not eating, crash/fad diet?)

Make sure she drinks enough water and takes a QUALITY vitamin. Also she needs to eat healthy foods and good healthy fats.

Juice. Use a juicer. Store bought stuff does nothing for you. Carrot juice, cucumber, orange lemon. Lots of good stuff.

It is the enzymes that are active in fresh juice. Must drink within 20 minutes of juicing.

Have her drink shakes in the morning and at night. That'll pack on some pounds, lol
