Bulldog's Theme Park game was designed for MS-DOS, which stopped being part of Windows from Windows 2000 and Windows NT onward.

In order to run the game better, you will need some software support. At present, a very nice program is DOS Box, which a simple search engine query will find for you. There is a bit of setting this up, but should allow most DOS programs and games to function well.

Please note, it is not wise to run any form of scan disk, defragmentor or low-level programs from an emulator. If you wish to use diagnostic or repair tools, please use the version designed for your real operating system.
