i can think of only 2 ways, one is to have the wires routed thru the wall which will require drilling into the brick, the other is to use 'wiremold", which cen match your brick, hope that helps

We routed the wires thru the side wall. Had to cut a small square of sheetrock out, then ran the wires out, THEN, put the plant by that part to cover it up. Our fireplace was not flush to the wall, but about 18-20" from the exterior wall.

Go to a Radio Shack or an auto parts store and tell them you need to look at "wire loom" or wire wrap for the younger crowd. this won't hide the wires, but it will get them all bundled into one group that is wraped in the loom, then you could hide that as some of the others have suggested. If you look inside your vehicle engin compartment you will see what I am describing, they take a pile of wires and run it through wire loom to keep it neat and tidy. I use it in my furniture company on entertaiment centers and computer desks.

get some artificial flowers or ivy and place it on your fireplace, it will hide wires and add a nice touch to the room
