You can actually take a half dose of benadryl- it will help a little, but not completely. Benadryl is the only allergy medication I know of that is safe during pregnancy though.

There are some good homoeopathic remedies that are suitable to take during pregnancy and that work. You should consult a homoeopathic advisor or ask at a decent health food shop. Holland and Barratt stores normally have someone who is qualified to help. I used Nelsons homoeopathic remedies when I was pregnant and they worked a treat.

Another natural remedy is to eat local honey which desensitises you to local pollen but as you're pregnant it must be the pasteurised stuff.

Oh god poor you!! When indoors keep windows shut, try and dry your clothes indoors and not on the washing line, put vaseline on the insides of your nostrils as this will stop pollen getting up your nose! Ask your doctor if there are any herbal remedies to take. I get it bad and am not pregnant. Really feel for you!!

Sounds odd, but it does help, wear sunglasses and frequently wash your face in plain water.
