I bought an old baseball bat at a yard sale for $3 with Tony Lazzeri engraved signature, sold in on ebay for $71 bucks

Mostly everything else I've sold on there I've lost money on.

I definitely have a e book of unusual stuff offered on eBay, yet when I observed those days exchange right into a creditors Durex Condom, (to no longer be used after 1977), i'm guessing it exchange into one that William Shatner by no ability have been given around to using on famous person Trek or some thing.

I sold a free Westlife cover that I got with a new mobile phone, expecting to get about a tenner for it, and I got 180 pounds sterling. It was the first thing I ever sold. I was amazed.

Way back when Pokemon Trading Cards were popular, I sold a few "rare" holographic cards for a decent amount. One I remember was the Charizard holographic which sold for around $50. I didn't expect that at all.

Love this question. I sold a pair of neon-green flip flops that didn't fit me. I had bought them because they came with a matching beach bag and I was on vacation & needed the d@mn bag! The flip flops were never worn and still had the tag. There was a bidding war over the stupid things, and the buyer gave me ecstatic feedback over how beautiful, cute and adorable they were. No accounting for taste!!

I haven't sold anything weird but ive seen a chip in the shape of the popes hat go for 1,000 dollars its was insane..seen people selling their soles and some guy tried to sell new zeland i saw that in the news paper

i sold a calculatior that I used for Calculus in college for $150...that is $50 more than I paid for it. I got it at a store closing sale, and it turned out to be a highly desired engineering calculator.

A book with 5 crochet patterns. I bought it for a few dollars on a clearance rack and it sold for over $27.00.

Better than we expected!

(I've generally got about what I expected for items... a few better than expected... a few worse.. but at least it helps when I clear out stuff to get rid of it!)
