Well, right now might be difficult because it's already Wednesday there.

If you are looking for something like chats, lots of people around the world can be found in several game rooms, like pogo & msn for example.

If you are looking for something live, like web cam, I guess that's all you can do.

If you want face-to-face, buy yourself a ticket and go to Tokyo.
