Honey, every girl has this same problem when they first start wearing a bra. I still remember mine like it was yesterday. It is uncomfortable at first, but after a few weeks you get used to it. U will have to wear one eventually anyway, so you might as well just try to get used to it. Seriously though, in a few weeks you won't even notice it!

If the bra is uncomfortable, make sure you are wearing the right size or try a different style or brand.

If it's comfortable but you are just having problems getting used to it, start out by wearing it only a little while every day, and increase the time until you get used to it. Everything new takes a little while to adjust to, just give it a chance. I think tape would feel weirder than the bra does, and eventually you will probably have to learn to wear the bra anyway.

I remember when i started to develop breasts. I just wore a sports bra, I never thought of a training bra. Sports bras come in sizes of just numbers like 34 36 and so on what you do is measure the distance around your top half in centimeters. Just wait till you fit an A that was a proud moment for me but yeah. By the way tape is painful cause you still have hair there and ripping that hair out will cause it to grow in darker. if you absolutly want to use tape use medical tape so you skin can breath.

Tape may grow uncomfortable. It may make you more self conciouse "Is it falling off... can people tell?" And it may become itchy (the kind of glue they use on the back of tape actually dries out your skin and can cause a rash).

My recommendation?? Look into buying a sports bra... a simple cotten one may show 'bumps' a little, but you look for another with padding.

You can also look into getting a cami with a 'built-in bra'... the built in bra gives you extra layer to keep bumps from showing, and the cami is comfortable and looks good many shirts including spagetti straps.

try different brands and types. You might try just wearing undershirts until your breasts start to be more pronounced. And then camis for support. Also you might like the sport bras best for now since those fit/feel more like a bikini top.

Bras should fit almost like a second skin, but doesn't hinder you. Check to make sure you have the right size. It should be comfortable - not too tight, but not so loose that it shows through your shirt.

best wishes

um i don't think so. but you're gonna have to get used to wearing a training bra to wear a regualr bra. maybe try more like a sports bra. they're a little different. i started with that instead of the usual training bra. or you can get a cami with a built in bra. they sell them at costco.

If you practice wearing the bra, you will not feel wierd after some time.

If you DON'T practice wearing the bra, it will feel wierd when you do wear one initially, and then gravity will start having an effect many years down the track.

Wear a sports bra or a tank with a built in bra (called a shelf bra)...everyone sells them (Target, Walmart, Dots, Marshals, etc.) and you can get them for cheap on clearance here: http://www2.victoriassecret.com/collection/?cgname=OSCLOBTPVIL&cgnbr=OSCLOBTPVIL&rfnbr=2220
