Yes bad head aches are normal during pregnancy. it is normal for every thing to ache actually! If I were suffering very badly from head achhes I would go to a medical website and find out the symptoms for migraines and make sure I dont have them! If signs point to migraines you will want to tell the doctor so they can get her some medication, because it will need to be treated. And dont worry there are migraine treatments that are ok for use during pregnancy.

It is probably just normal head ahes though.

It's probably just hormones and the extra blood volume. But she should probably have her blood pressure checked to make sure that's not the cause. Especially if there are any changes in her vision associated with these head aches.

Yes, the increase in volume of blood will do this. It's a normal thing to experience in pregnancy.

Yes it is completely normal. She can take Tylenol while she is pregnant. I have the same problem and it is hard but the tylenol does offer some relief.

My wife had terrible migraines during her pregnancy, she was prescribed Fioracet and it helped to relieve them. Be careful, headaches can be contageous.

yeah, I used to get them and the kicker is that you aren't really supposed to take anything that might make it go away! Talk to her ob'gyn to see what she recommends
