I am 5'5", 140 pounds, and around a size 12 (seems like every brand is different). When I look in the mirror, I don't think I am fat. I may not be stick thin, but I am not fat. Yet, when I am shopping for clothes, I feel totally fat. I was just wondering how men felt about women and their sizes.

Due to a question asked of me, my measurements (which could be off, I am bad at measuring lol) are 36-31-39. I have big hips, so a lot of times, for pants, my size has to go up just to get them up past my hips/butt.

I got hit on way more as a size 12 than when I was a size 6. I find that men don't really dig skinny girls, other than just to look at. Only designers like stick thin.

I am curious about your measurements? I'm a girl--I ask because I am 5'5" and 155 lbs, and I wear a size 8, sometimes 10 but never a 12. I guess it depends on the maker & where the weight is distributed? That's sooo weird though.
Regardless, you should be happy with your body for yourself, not for a man and not for society.
If you're not happy, diet and exercise are the key. Still, you are a very healthy weight so I wouldn't worry!

I hate skinny little women. Give me a woman with some meat on her bones anyday of the week and you are only 15pounds over your avg. weight of 125lbs which is not a big deal. Look at us men, we think or few extra pounds are sexy.
Every man is different an each to their own but these skinny little things called models and the women in mags such as FHM do nothing for me. I want a woman to have a butt, not a little boy butt and a nice set of hips.

Size is just a number, that's how I feel.

if you are healthy, and have a good personality, you should have no trouble meeting someone who is attracted to you.

different men prefer different sizes but it wont matter when you fall in love with someone who will respect you for who you are and not the way you look.
