The fighting, which started after Hizbollah guerrillas seized two Israeli soldiers in a cross-border raid, has killed 413 people in Lebanon, mainly civilians, and 42 Israelis. Is the Israeli bombings of villages civilian cities, food trucks, gas stations the airport and the work of causing a huge famine in Lebanon justifiable ? Just because two of its soldiers were kidnapped by a militia group a whole country suffers ? the children the elderly and the innocent ? in the name of what ? war against terror ? We say that they started this latest war, and we compare their appalling casualties more than 413 in all of Lebanon by last night with Israel's 42 dead, as if the figures are the same.

1. How many soldiers do you believe must be kidnapped before Israel takes action?
2. Israel is fighting Hezbollah not Lebanon.
3. Lebanon would be much better off is Israel wipes out Hezbollah.
4. Innocents are also being killed in israel.
5. Hezbollah doesn't give one whoot about how many innocent casualties there are on either side. Hezbollah uses innocents to hide themselves in. A strategy which causes innocent casualties and generates the most sympathy for their cause.
6. As a sovereign nation, Israel has the right to defend itself and it's citizens.
7. I could go on but I know its falling on deaf ears.

Israel finally got fed up with the constant Hezbollah rocket attacks from Lebanese soil, and now you're complaining because they're kicking the Hezzies' @SSes? Nobody's happy about the death and destruction in Lebanon, Hamdoon, but if you want to save innocent Lebanese women and children, tell Hezbollah to stop hiding behind them.

I am having a real hard time justifying this war, from either side. We have to keep in mind that wars on much larger scale broke out for reasons more trivial that two soldiers abduction. Lets just hope this Jini is brought back to its lamp, war is never a good thing.

i'm sorry... were the 243 MARINES killed in Lebanon by a car bomber in the early 80's while they were sleeping justified? oh yeh...they're even mentioned in the Marine Corps anthem when they pleaded with the U.S. government to save them in the early 1800's. the Marines saved their capital and a couple of hundred years later they viciously killed the same soldiers who protected them.
War is always just the aftermath, belief is always the beginning.

Killing of youngsters and ladies folk are incidentals as Hezbollahs take hide below them. In any war, this is the harmless who go through the main and no person shed any actual tears for them. it is likewise to be observed right here that No Human Rights Activists condemed the two Hezbollahs or the Israel for the war on the innocents.

It is there lack of strength in leadership to disarm Hezzbolah that led up to this. Iradicate Hezbolah and Lebonon can return to the once beautiful country it was. It is our governments goal to irradicate any country that harbors or aides a terrorist organization. I'm not saying that is right. Just a fact.

sucks, but it is between them regardless. One thing wrong with today is that everyone is so worried about everyone else and what is right and wrong for other people.

The fighting began ONLY AFTER the Jews shelled Palestinian families picnicking on the beaches of Gaza. Yes--they did!! That bull-hockey about the Palestinian fighters laying landmines to protect themselves from Israeli frogmen swimming ashore from a Isreali warship to shoot at them is so incredible as to be laughable if there were not innocent civilians dead as a result of the shelling.

And it is now well-documented that the Isrealis were dropping shells near a taxi-cab stand the Palestinians were using AND it is documented that many more Palestinians were killed at the same spot a few hours later also by Israeli army shells. (See the news story from the Manchester UK "The Guardian" newspaper at the first link below.)

Want an even earlier beginning for the killing?

How about the 1946-48 period? Jews were killing Palestinians then as well as British troops in today's Israel. See the second website for a general view and the third for a recent recollection of those times by a retired British soldier who was there at the time and who lives now in New Hampshire in the USA. Same thing, though--Jews killing to get their way and they are always the ones to start it.

The fourth website lists the populations (well over a million of all types of people, including their cities, their governments, their business activities and so forth) and the sad final histories of Palestine until the Jews took over that land where three religions lived in harmony (about the time that the British soldier above is commenting on) and turned it into today's Israel which is filled with hate for all but their own. These are all officials sources, by the way--from the United Nations and/or the United Kingdom.

The last is a very recent (about five-days-old) website of the results of Israel attacking "HIzbollah"--otherwise known as Lebanese civilians (mostly Christians) living in Beirut apartment towers. Please do NOT view the last website if you are a minor or a sensitive adult. You will not like the pictures of mutilated children lying with their toys in the ruins of their homes.

Can you blame the Arabs of all religions fighting against Israel who is committing these horrible crimes against them--with the United States--MY nation--not only supporting them but even with a "president" who is actually egging them on and even rush-shipping them more arms at US taxpayer expense so MORE Lebanese--who all have relatives of considerable statute in the USA--can be killed? Yes, I can imagine that--and if I lived there, I would be in the front ranks fighting for my people, none of whom are Jews.

In closing, your answer is loaded but fair. Hizbolla, Hamas and the countless rest of the Arabic (the other Semetics) peoples unfortunate enough to live in and near the state of Israel had all declared a truce and were honoring it while they discussed among themselves how to proceed--assuming there really was a roadmap--which it appears there never was except as drugs to lull everyone not on Israel's side (the USA alone) to sleep until everything was in place to create a incident and then blame it on everyone else but the Isreal aggressors.

Did you know Olbert's own daughter is leading anti-war protests in Israel? She is and has been since early June. She's lucky--all the other peaceful protesters are being arrested by the Israeli National Police and summarily deported without benefit of even a hearing let alone a trial. Here's the website: http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3261125,00.html

And finally, if you think that the Jews are not above tricks, here's the Associated Press story about a member (Earl Krugel) of the American chapter of the Jewish Defense League who was sent to prison in California for trying in 2001 (!) to bomb a Muslim mosque in that state as well as the offices of a US Congressman (Rep. Darrell E. Issa--a Lebanese-American). The only reason that this came to light is because Krugel, who was 62, was killed by another convict and the entire story came out then--and only then. Here's the AP story's website: rhttp://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/11/05/krugel.ap/index.html

Weep for America. We--by being allies of Israel--are equally quilty of these horrible war crimes and crimes against humanity as well. God will not smile on our nation again until we expulge this terrible guilt from our souls and national fiber--and I can see that being done only by reputiating Israel, our long association with it and by joining with the rest of this planet that is protesting Jewish aggression.

As long as Bush and his gang are allowed to continue to aggressively support Israel and run interference for that Zionist conspiracy, our nation will continue to be hated around the entire planet and subject to unending, unceasing, ever escalating attacks--and God will continue to withhold his once-generous favors he freely granted to American as well until we are beaten to our knees as wounded and bloody as the innocents of Gaza and Lebanon.

Weep for America and resist the continuing Bush take-over. Find out about the North America Security Pac he signed with Mexico and Canada in Waco Texas in 2001 and protest it to your members of Congress. (Website: http://www.humaneventsonline.com/article.php?id=15623 ) It subverts the constitutions of all three nations to the pac and their merging into the North America Union--which Bush is fast-tracking into existance before he leaves office--IF he leaves office.

Weep, indeed, for America. We have lost our purity and our soul--and it is no longer acceptable that we plead that we were tricked and lied to. --The evidence is now too fullsome and our actions too plainly seen. We must take back America if the world is to know peace--and ourselves, as well.
