The water would probably not be deep enough to save you. It'd also be a might difficult to swim with two broken legs and a ruptured spleen covered in parachuting gear if you did manage to survive.
You never know though. There are records of mountain climbers and sky divers hitting earth and snow from thousands of feet and surviving. All of course were seriously injured from the fall.
One of the links is strait out of a Destination movie. 16 year old girl survives her shoot not opening by hitting power lines, survives the electrocution, then dies when the chopper carrying her to the hostpital crashes.
Another of these links appears to point to an interesting serial killer stalking the skydiving comunity. Yet another the instructor in a tandom jump saved the life of the student by absorbing the impact with his own body.

Hitting the water at over one hundred miles per hour is like hitting a concrete wall. There have been some people known to survive accidents like this. Oddly enough the ones that do only have a few cracked ribs and a broken leg.

You bet you would!
Even though water is "softer" than earth, it will still kill you if you jump into it from enough of an altitude. Think about people who commit suicide by jumping off bridges into water - they die. {well, most of them do)
Also, you would probably fall more than 12 feet into the water, depending on how high up you were. Then you would hit the bottom of the pool. Splat-ville that way also.

Not necessarily. There are (rare) occurrences of people hitting the ground and surviving. The shock might kill you on the way down. The impact might mess you up. Theoretically you should havea chance to survive.

Water is as hard as concrete when falling at that velocity. You would die instantly.
