cybering is pretty much interacting with others over a computer.
Some perverts make it seem like cybering whenever someone says it means having sexual intercourse with yourself over a computer from another person or computer whatever.

Cybering is this thing that grown ups do with each other when they talk sexy to each other on the internet. They use the chat messenger programs usually, although any sort of internet communication would count I suppose. It is short for "cybersex"

Sometimes grown ups will try to get a child to "cyber" with them. This is bad behaviour and is wrong. You should tell an adult whom you trust about this.
