You have to run a presentation software. MS has Power Point. However you can also download OpenOffice.org (http://www.openoffice.org/ ) which includes a presentation software as part of the package (you also get a word processor comprable to MS Word and a spreadsheet program similar to Excel).

Yea you have to download software or you can just go out and by Microsoft Powerpoint. It is very easy to do when you get the hang of it.

Yes. You will need some kind of powerpoint software, either Microsoft powerpoint, or if you look up OpenOffice, it's a very similar alternative you can find online somewhere and I believe it's free.

I'm pretty sure that it comes with the Windows XP software when you buy it. If you have Windows XP, then go into the start menu and all programs.
