If you make a big bowl of rice cereal with fresh fruit in it for baby and he doesn't finish it all can you save it, or do you have to throw it out?

You can refrigerate it for a day or two, but not if he has eaten out of the bowl. If you put a bit into a smaller bowl, and the spoon he was eating from did not touch the cereal in the big bowl, then you can save it. Otherwise, no. The saliva contains enzymes that will break it down and start to digest it. It will get all watery and icky looking. Not a good idea to save food that has saliva mixed in.

You can save it but some fruits like strawberries and bananas don't look too appealing later on.

I'd throw it out. It's not a great expense lost or anything.

I would toss it unless you plan on feeding him within a hour or two then i would refrigerate it till then. I found it was easier and better to toss it.

put it in fridge ...savable for a couple of hours , but after that i would throw it away
