How do you stop spam chat messages? The ones where someone says "I saw your profile and...check out my site"

You know, you're logged in and chatting to a friend, and suddenly some weird user like "Riffy283746251" pm's you and says, "hey, i saw your profile and you seemed kinda nice. If you want, you can look at my profile and click on the link to my website" What can I do to stop this? I don't want to set messenger to only accept users that I have added only. I play a few multiplayer games and sometimes "real" people want my yahoo name so we can chat privately while playing.

Generally, if I get a message like that, I hit Report as Spam and Ignore.

Click on ignore and it should stop from that person.
