Its his way of bullying/punishing lawmakers for not eliminating the estate tax by statute. Take away the attys and it becomes harder to enforce. And yes, its primarily for the benefit of the wealthy.

wasn't the estate tax repealed???one thing they OUGHT to do is make it illegal for creditors to go after a family's estate. only the people listed on cards and agreements should be liable.

Actually he is only getting rid of the ones that audit the extremely wealthy because they are soooooo honest.
