There is no easy way to go about telling someone there is no connection there anymore.
Honestly, I wish people would just be mean when they break up with someone. That way the other person hates you rather than trying to win you back and keep getting led on. If you make her hate you, she'll be able to get over you faster. And that would be better for her in the end than being so nice she thinks there might still be a chance.

its always best to just sit down, talk, and tell her the truth. never do it over the phone, a letter, email, any other way besides face 2 face is WRONG!!! she probably wont take it very easily, but who does? just tell her "i dont feel the same connection between us anymore"
"i feel that my feelings for you are disappearing" just something like that, and look her in the eyes as u tell her. dont worry, everything will be just fine, you should always be true to your feelings.

Introduce her to someone you know who shares similar qualities. Don't go out on a date, go out with a group of friends and make sure the evening is spent hanging out and that she understands this.

Just end it, say you dont feel it and never talk to her again.
It seems rough, but it will not drag on and torture her.
By the way, if anyone references Dr. Phil, just ignore them even if it is good advice.
