If you go to Bath and Body works they have a variety of hand scrubs...its a liquid formula with little rough microbeads in it and they take off dead skin, which is causing your hands to be so rough. I think its about $14 but it lasts a long time! Try it!

Good luck.

Use Almond Oil Softening Hand Exfoliator, followed by Almond Oil Daily Hand and Nail Cream from The Body Shop. The first is like a mask for your hands. Rub it in, let it dry, then peel it off. The second is just a hand cream.

Vaseline, put it on before bed and u can put cotton gloves on for about an hour,,,,it makes them sooooooooooo smooth, good for rough feet too, just put a pair of socks on so as not to soil ur linens.

you can buy some stuff but its basically seasalt and oil (the stuff you buy has loads of different oils) but give a try olive oil sea salt and rub together for a minute (then rince with water) if that fails try a face scrub and put vaseline on when you go to bed.

There is a lotion called Cornhusker's Lotion, in a clear bottle with a yellow label. It would be the best thing. Farmer's use it.
