If you know someone's display name on Yahoo! Answers, you can click on "Advanced" next to the search bar and do a search by user name to find questions they've asked.
However, if you're looking for someone you know from outside of Yahoo! Answers, there's not a way to do that unless they happen to be using the same username on here or if they've sent a link to one of their questions or answers.

if you know the user name you use here you can search for it, but that does not alway work well.
