There's this girl i like named Whitney. She's like, my neighbor. She is a year younger than I am, (I am 13). I really like her. I wanna ask her out, but I'm afraid that she will say no because we hardly see each other. What can I do to sweep her off her feet right when I see her?

Whoa there little Romeo, she's only 12... just hold off for a little while. She is still just a child, and your a teen. Personally I don't think that anyone should start dating until they are a freshman in high school. You have your whole life to sweep girls off their feet, let this little girl enjoy the rest of her childhood before you fall head over heels in love with her. Good luck, God bless.

um, lets see, first of all, she's 12, so maybe 7th grade? and um ur probly 7th,too, right? well, then i'd say that u should maybe wait a little ways into the school year, and then ask her out around the middle/end of the year, that way it won't b a problem if she turns u down, which i doubt she will cuz u sound like a nice guy, and good luck!!! *mwah* bye!

Take it slow buddy. Start out by getting to know her better. Maybe start writing notes or something. Write her a note maybe say something like:'Hey I really like you and I was wondering if you feel the same way?' Give it to her the next time u see her, and tell her to write back. If she writes back yes, then go on ahead and ask her out [using the note way if u want]

You could just ask her if she wants to, say, go to the movies or go for a bike ride around the block. Maybe you could invite other friends, too, to ease any stress. It doesn't have to be anything serious, but it will help you get to know each other, and might lead to other "dates" later. Get to know her better, and wait and see.

Thirteen is too young to be getting so serious.
Talk to her when you see her ,call her by her name. Don't act like a stalker.

Become friends with her. Girls like that.

And if she won't go out with you, stay friends with her.

She might finally say yes when you are 17!

But don't expect!

Girls hate that!
