If you're running Windows XP/2000/2003, you don't. System32 is the core 32 bit portion of the kernel. Remove that (including the system32 directory from your Windows folder), and you won't have a functioning computer.
Note: Some viruses and spyware do hide their files in that folder, but unless your anti-virus or anti-spyware program is doing the modifications of that folder, you should leave it alone.

Is your problem that the System32 folder pops up every time you start windows? That has happened to me on a couple of machines but it never bothered me that much. You could take a look in ShellExecuteHooks (in the windows registry), or in the other "usual suspects" (e.g. HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run). If you don't know about accessing the Windows registry don't worry - from my recollection of the problem I couldn't find the cause in any of those places. It might be in system.ini or win.ini I never checked.

click on start then click on run, type msconfig then click ok this will display a box, open the tab that says start up and check the box you dont want to start up with your pc this is a good way to get rid of programmes you dont want running untill they are requierd. however as nate says system 32 is the guts of your operating system not a good idea to delete it

first of all, "norton anti virus and AVG" is a severe NoNo. Your gadget must be large slow, because those 2 classes are conflicting with one yet another. purely use one Anti-virus device. opt for the single you want and get rid of the different one. Reboot your computer and word if the mistakes Message disappears. If no longer, re-positioned up with more effective information, like "No replace or it truly is what takes position now", and we will attempt to assist.

I wouldn't, first of all;
System32 is one of those little files that windows need to remind how to get out of bed. Remove it, and your computer will have major problems.
Why would you want to remove it anyway, just ditch windows and upgrade to a MAC and be done with it.

Don't mess with it unless you want to have an expensive door-stop.
