Here's what you can do: Find one thing about yourself that you don't like and figure out how to make that something that you do like. For example:
I used to be overweight about 20 years ago and I decided to change that. As I changed that other things improved such as my social life and my self-image.
About 10 years ago I wasn't happy with my education level so I went to college (I was about 6 years older than the other students) and worked my butt off.
You need to have patience with yourself and set realistic goals.

To turn "over" a new leaf, be happy!!!
Yeah, I know that doesn't make much sense. Oh well.

Accept Christ into your life and seek Him out everyday. With God in your life, every aspect of your life will be turned around, and all the leaves will be new.

Do one thing good for yourself everyday, and at the end of the month u will have done 30 positive things for urself :D

Be a giver...give to charity, give to panhandlers, volunteer, be active civically. Start a charitable foundation and give it all away.
