girls please?

sorry to ask but do any other girls have visible hair on their arms? i keep seeing these grils with completely hair free arms or at least very little fine hair. it makes me a little insecure.

Suggestions: You could wax. I hear shaving makes it grow in darker. How about bleaching it?

Honestly, I wouldn't worry at all about it. You're probably the only person who's noticed it.

Most of them don't have any visible arm hair because they shave it or wax it off. I have some visible hair on my arms, but it's not that bad, at least it's not manly looking. Don't feel insecure, it just looks worse to you because you're looking at it and think that it's very noticeable. But it's not, I had the same problem and my friends told me that I was crazy and that they could barely see my arm hair. But I can tell you that you should not shave or wax it! I've seen girls who shave or wax it and it's freakishly smooth and unnatural looking and it grosses a lot of people out, I've met many guys who hate it when girls shave their arms. Besides, when it grows back they look like the wolf man and it ain't pretty. If it's that bad you can bleach it. But really, you should love it, and leave it alone; you're gorgeous anyways.

Look honestly most girls do have hair on their arms, it is just that some are lucky and it is fine and blends in with their skin color. Others shave their arms which if you start you will have to keep it up almost everyday. The other option is waxing while it hurts at first the pain will lesson and also the hair tends not to grow back as fast and also a little finer as time goes on.

I have a few friends who actually use Nair on their arms! My mother doesn't look like she has any on her arms at all, but it's because she has an extremely good tan. You can buy body hair bleach to make yours lighter. I personally have light blonde "arm hair" lol, but if it made me feel insecure, I'd probably go with the Nair or something, I don't know. It's just arm hair! I don't think you should worry about it too much. =]

I know what you mean, I had dark hair on my arms and it was much more visible than anyone elses... it used to bother me when I was wearing short sleeved tops and stuff.. bleaching it took too much time (I only did it like twice) so I just decided to shave it one day.... it works great and i only have to shave once every 2 days or so... just to get rid of the short hair and it takes no time at *all* Literally like 15 seconds per arm!
I feel a lot more comfortable wearing short sleeves now :o)

Alot of girls have hair on their arms. Its completely normal. You actually have hair all over your body. Just some are finer than others. Some girls choose to shave it off while others dont. I personally dont like to shave my arms. I like a little arm hair. Now if it is growing wild then i would.

I have dark hair so the hair on my arms stands out. When a guy makes a comment on it I just tell him" I guess that makes me more of a man than You" Don't worry about it, everyone has something that isn't perfect about them, yours is just outside. You can get rid of it, don't shave it though, use a hair removal cream. No it will not grow in darker, in fact, lighter and less everytime you use it.

I think every girl is born with hair on her arms, whether they want to admit it or not. If you see a girl with hairless arms, she is doing something to get rid of the hair. No one has a hairless body naturally, some are just less hairy than others. If it bothers you, try a creme hair remover. I wouldn't shave because I wouldn't want stubble on my arms, personally. But the little blonde hairs on my arms don't bother me, either.

I don't have very much hair on my arms and what is there is very light, but then again I barely have any hair on my legs either. Where I have a problem is my upper lip and I get a few like 3 specific stray hairs on my chin and cheek the same 3 keep returning and I keep plucking them. But yeah hair on your arm especially if you have super dair hair is not unusual.

I have arm hair, its blond in the sun but dark when I'm not out in it. A lot of chicks get every hair on their body waxed. My mom has hairy arms. It has a lot to do with origin too, Italians tend to be hairier, Indians, etc...
Don't be ashamed, just don't shave it, it will only grow in thicker and darker...

First, do not shave your arms. There is nothing tackier or more unattractive than stubble ANYWHERE, including your arms.

Second, no one has hairless arms.

Third, have you tried lightening the hair on your arms to make it less noticeable? Try Sun-In, it's a spray you can find in the haircolor section of your local drug store, it lighten gradually and naturally, that might make the appearnce of hair less noticeable.
