Just download Macromedia Dreamweaver from http://www.adobe.com . And then make your web pages with it. Then use a free host at http://www.free-webhosts.com . Or if you want, I can build a simple, yet nice looking site for you for FREE. Just tell me what you would like to see in your site, the name of your site, etc. :)
