I have yet to find a pair of high heeled (3"), knee high leather boots that fit my calves! I want them to fit snug, but I'm 5'9 and 125 lbs. I don't have abnormally small calves (I work out), but each pair I try is always too big! Any suggestions as to brands, stores or a website? Thanks!!!

You might want to search stores that sell erotica type clothing, you'll find some there, but I warn you that the site may not be appropriate. If you buy a pair, depending on material, it can be tailored to fit better, but it'll be expensive. Try Zappos.com as well.
No offence, but chances are you aren't going to be able to find exactly what you are looking for.
