No, they are called Androids. Our Androids aren't techinilogicly adavanced enough to even think with out having somesort of script, let alone dream. You should actually reasearch dreams, you will find that even we can't make sense of how they work.

It's actually, "Do androids dream of electric sheep." A really great sci-fi novel. Phillip K. Dick was a genius.
