Why would any guy wear a wife beater shirt to a restaurant?

I hate it when I go to a restaurant and I see low life people wearing tee shirts. such a low thing to do.

Given the questions you usually ask, I'd have to say it's a bit of the pot calling the kettle black, but to answer your question, the reason is that he doesn't care what others think of him. He's a product of a society that have little to no regard for others, civility, or simple propriety. Their attitude is one of "screw you if you don't like it.

Frankly, I'm less concerned about that than I am of people bringing their screaming brats to a restaurant and refusing to leave when it's obviously disrupted everyone else in the place. I'm not talking McD's here, I'm talking about better restaurants....that's a STUPID thing to do, get a friggin sitter or STAY HOME.

Unfortunately the rules of behavior have reached a new low in the last few years. More and more people are acting the way they feel without any respect for how they appear to others. It's a sad commentary because how we appear is indicative of the ways in which we perceive ourselves.
The only way in which you can make a difference is in your own courtesy and your own etiquette. Manners are all about caring for other people. It starts with us.

i don't know beyond bad manners and no caring for other peoples feeling. i was wearing a spaghetti strap top as it was 110 degrees and we were going in to a resturant and i felt i needed to atleast cover my shoulders while being around lot of eating people, so i put on a crocheted jacket. i guess some of us were raised with manners and some obviously were not. i really hate those wife beater tanks mainly because of the name. my daughter bought herself a similar top and it was called a man beater.

People who act that way generally dont give a damn about what other people think..."its my business, stay the fu*k out of it!" thats what he'd say.

As to what one should do about such aholes...just leave them alone. Sooner or later he's gonna suffer the consequences anyways, or he will eventually die in a fist-fight with some other ahole.

WTF, i live in the country and i go to uppity restaurants with a tee-shirt, worn jeans and a pair of black combat boots. if you work all day like manuel labor you dont care what you're wearing you just wanna relax and eat something. and i live in a trailer, a nice one and my dad owns a huge trailer park so **** your misconceptions about them because guess what, we dont think all you people in huge houses with a new bmw or mercedes in your driveway are assholes.


and once again, for people who think we are low lives or assholes, we usually work our asses off all day long and EARN a paycheck. not stand behind a cash register and collect peoples money all day or sit behind a desk and type
